- What does your calorie intake compared to the government's recommendation suggest about your diet?
- Cholesterol leads to heart disease and is the second leading cause of death in the United States. What does you cholesterol intake compared to the governments suggested intake say about your risk of heart disease?
- The intake of fat leads to not only being overweight, but it leads to other diseases such as Diabetes and heart disease. What does your intake of fat compared to that of the government's suggested intake tell you about your risk for one of these conditions?
